HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FOR A FLORAL ARRANGEMENT?
Ideally, the more notice, the better! We want to do everything we can to ensure your order is ready on time and exceeds your expectation. Help us help you and give us at least 2 day notice prior to needing your order for pickup.
HOW DOES PICKUP WORK?
When you place an order for pickup, we will arrange a time for you to come by our studio at 52 Maplewood St. in Portland, Maine. We are currently offering contactless pickup. We will leave your order on our flower cart outside, so you can stop by and pickup your order.
I WANT TO WORK WITH PETALAGE FOR MY WEDDING. HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We are glad you asked. Weddings and special events are the bread and butter of what we do here at Petalage. If you are interested in working with Petalage, click here to fill out our inquiry form. Once completed, you can expect to hear from us directly so we can set up a time to connect.
WHAT IF I AM NOT LOCAL TO PORTLAND?
If you aren’t local, but have your eye on something in our store that isn’t a floral arrangement, contact us directly at petalageflorals@gmail.com to arrange shipment. We do not currently ship fresh floral arrangements.
